HAZEL STICK Version 1-4-23 is out!


Screw April Fools day, here's an update to HAZEL STICK with all the little changes I've thought of since the first release.


PATCH NOTES:

- Hearty's formula is now {40% MAX HP}  (a much needed buff to the MAX HP stat and a slight nerf to the MAGIC stat)

- Remedy's formula is now {15% MAX HP}  (when Bosses cast these spells the effect is divided by their boss HP multiplier)

- Options menu now allows holding Left or Right to change options faster (most useful for Fixed Level)

- Brightness option now only affects background (as a sort of high-contrast mode)

- Added spawn zones at the edges of INDIGU  (fixed music/area name not changing at entrances)

- Changed the Bestiary stat sprites

- Changed the sprites for Brainy, Binky, Dummy and Lazy (to reflect the new stat icons)

- Changed the sprites for some Signs (same as above)

- Fixed gaps in the Title sprite

- Fixed Beast #38's sprite having inconsistent colours

- Fixed Beast #49's gimmick sometimes not activating

- Fixed Beast #51's location being incorrect

- Stick #34 now doubles the chance of field events (such as Beasts having Sticks or Dappy spawning)

- Changed the name of Stick #37

- Sticks #10, #41 and #42 now have a rock-paper-scissors effect (advantage guarantees critical hits)

- Changed the name, description and sprite of Stick #51

- Changed the name of Stick #52 (and the name of the area it's in)

- Fixed a potential freeze caused by the spawn script (Dappy can now spawn in a certain area it didn't before)


(The old version will stay up because preservation is good and stuff. This is also why I waited to make an update so that there aren't too many versions in one place.)
